At Farm2Bite India Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver premium-quality makhana and dry fruits safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through our website.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festivals, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most locations across India through our trusted logistics partners.

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and process a full refund if payment has already been received.


3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier Partner Details

via email or SMS (where applicable).


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three times.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Shipping Address
  • PIN Code

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Take photographs before opening.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share your Order ID along with clear images of the package and products.

Our team will investigate and assist you promptly.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Government restrictions
