Refund and Returns Policy

At Farm2Bite India Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering premium-quality makhana and dry fruits. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.
  • The package is tampered with before delivery.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Orders returned without a valid reason.
  • Change of mind after delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photographs of:
    • The outer package
    • The product
    • The invoice (if available)
  2. Email the images to:

4. Refund Process

Once your request is verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • If Cash on Delivery was used, we may request your bank account details for the refund.

5. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Full refund

depending on the nature of the issue.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
